When will my order process & ship?

All processing times are listed under each product or item. We ship worldwide via trusted carriers, such as USPS, UPS and Fedex. Shipping fees and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Made-to-order items have a longer lead time, because your custom item is handmade just for you, please allow 8-10 weeks for shipment.
Are all purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges on orders. If there is an issue, please contact hello@lenodo.com for support.
How can I cancel my order?

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill it as quickly as possible. There is a 48-hour window before orders are processed so please let us know immediately if you are having second thoughts.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order once it has been processed or shipped. Please email us as quickly as possible at hello@lenodo.com with your order number and we will do our best to make it happen.

Note: pre-order or custom orders are non-cancellable. 
Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are created locally in the USA by hand. Whether it's in Cindy's closet in Ohio or sewing atelier in California overlooking Santa Barbara canyons, your products are made with love and care.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payments are processed securely through Shopify. We may offer payment plans through Klarna and AfterPay.
